Heating engineers can now have all of the information they need to do the job right first time, every time. Heat Arena includes parts lists, exploded diagrams, service information, technical details and fault finding charts for thousands of UK heating appliances.

PRICING

The App is a free download, with complimentary access to all of the information for Alpha Heating. You then only need to pay for what you want on a brand-by-brand basis. You want technical details for a Glow-worm boiler? Then just subscribe to the brand with a simple and fast In-App purchase. What is more, you can see exactly which appliances what you get for your money before you subscribe to a brand. Access is for a year – during which we will be adding more and more information, all of which is available as soon as it is published.

Each brand is priced according to how much information is contained. We feel this is the fairest way as why should you pay the same amount for a brand with only a few appliances as you would for a manufacturer with thousands?

Also, this pricing system means that you only have to pay for what you need. We don’t want to force you to pay for everything if you only need information for one manufacturer.

WHAT HEAT ARENA CONTAINS

Imagine being able to identify replacement parts using an interactive exploded parts diagram. Parts on the diagram link straight through to further information, including the manufacturer’s part number and, where available, a GC Number.

Required parts can then be added to a Pick List so that you can show the list of parts you need to your local stockist. No more leafing through manuals or waiting on helpdesk lines.

The App does not only include parts information, but all sorts of other documentation for appliances. This includes boiler manuals, service manuals, installation instructions, fault-finding diagrams and much more.

All of this is available for most manufacturers – with more being added every day: Alpha, Andrews, Argos,Ariston, Atag, Atmos, B&Q, Baxi, Biasi, BoulterBuderus, British Gas, Chaffoteaux&Maury, Domestic, Elson, Ferroli, Focal, Gainsborough, Gallery, Glow-worm, Halstead, Heatline, Heatrae, Heatstore, Homebase, Ideal, Keston, Main, Malvern, Megaflo, Morso, Multifit, Myson, Newey& Eyre, Next, Parkinson Cowan, Plumb Center, Potterton, Pullin, Range Powermax, Ravenheat, Santon, Sapphire, Saunier Duval, Sime, Taylor, Thorn, Trianco, Vaillant, Valor, Vermont, Viessmann, Vokera, William Wilson, Wonderfire and Worcester Bosch
